Do I have to sign a contract?

No contracts! You can start, pause, and cancel your subscription at any time by updating your customer portal or calling us.

How do you ensure safety of my dogs?

The safety of our client's pets is a top priority at Pawsitive Cleanup. To ensure all pets are safe, we clean all our equipment and shoes between each yard with a kennel-grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of germs. We also take gate pictures when we are done cleaning so you know your pets won’t get out of the yard.

How do you dispose of pet waste?

Proper disposal is essential to environmental safety as dog poop is considered a hazardous material. Each location is based on service requested. For $1 extra per service we will take the waste off your property and properly dispose of it with Waste Management. Otherwise, we will double bag the waste and place it in each customer’s trash bin or neatly on the side of their house whichever you prefer.

Can you clean with my pets around?

Yes, we love cleaning with pets! We simply ask that if your fur ball has shown signs of aggression, you leave them inside during your cleaning. Ensuring the safety of our team is important. If your pet is aggressive towards our team, you will be asked to put them inside or we might have to skip the cleaning. We also offer playtime with your pet as an addon service!

Can I request a specific cleanup day?

Yes, you can request a specific cleanup day. Not every cleanup day will be available always, we can generally offer a few options to best fit your schedule.

Do you provide arrival windows for services?

No, we don’t provide arrival times for our poop patrol services. While we will do our best to accommodate your schedule, we optimize our routes for drive time the day before services are completed to help keep costs low. We will notify you via text when we are "on the way" and "On Doody"
